The Level 3 Award in Risk Assessment (RQF) is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to carry out effective risk assessments in the workplace. Its purpose is to help organisations comply with health and safety legislation by training staff to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement appropriate control measures. This qualification is ideal for supervisors, managers, or anyone responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.

Assessment

The qualification will be assessed through coursework and assignments. All units, assignments and learning materials for the course can be accessed through our online learning platform. Students have 12 months access to the online learning platform where they may study entirely at their own pace.

All learners must meet these entry requirements to be able to complete the course:

• All learners must be aged 19 or above
• Students must be able to demonstrate skills in maths and English at Level 2
