This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed to effectively support others through coaching and mentoring. It covers key principles, practical techniques, and the roles and responsibilities involved in guiding individuals toward personal or professional development.

Assessment

The qualification will be assessed through coursework and assignments. All units, assignments and learning materials for the course can be accessed through our online learning platform. Students have 12 months access to the online learning platform where they may study entirely at their own pace.

All learners must meet these entry requirements to be able to complete the course:

• All learners must be aged 19 or above
• Students must be able to demonstrate skills in maths and English at Level 2
